I would like to congratulate President Obama and the United States for this Peace Nobel Award.
By granting this award to Pres. Obama, Europe grants a vote of confidence to the US.
I don't always agree with President Obama, but his diplomatic efforts deserve to be recognised and rewarded.
Americans should be proud!

LS, for some reason it is too early for me to acknowledge his Nobel Price, I think he need to do a bit more work - I like the time factor. However, someone knew what they were doing, therefore congrats to him. Anna :)

Obama receiving this award is like a Saturday Night Live skit! It is so preposterous I can only take it as sarcasm!
Of course the Nobel prizes are more political than correct…it is just like bad journalism…
Obama as much deserves an award for peace as he does for economics! Disaster on both fronts…

I have often found that politicians that have “charisma” provide too much drama…not always but often…exceptions would be Reagan, Thatcher and Churchill for example…
I suppose Obama could be as seen as deserving of a PIECE prize as he wants a piece of this auto manufacturer and a piece of that bank…
I for one could use a decrease in the entertainment factor and an increase in leadership with the dire economic situation…besides his spending free for all…can you say bankrupt?

His diplomatic efforts have been as bankrupt as his economic efforts…
The US is still in Iraq, Afghanistan and has prisoners in Gitmo…North Korea and Iran are still shooting missiles…with that Bush should get the Peace Prize!
